Welcome! Nancy Wulff is a native of Boston, Massachusetts, but has lived in California for most of her life. She has studied painting since a young adult and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Art from San Jose State University. For the last 15 years, she has taught classes on watercolor and drawing in her hometown of Cupertino. Her watercolor paintings reflect her passionate and gentle approach to life and her love of nature. In addition to pastoral images, she has focused on the human figure and face, putting a particular emphasis on dance, another art that she loves. Most of her paintings are sketched from life and show the essence of the subject through gesture and mood. Her most recent awards have been the SCVWS 2011 Annual Show (portrait “Got Milk”) and the Los Gatos Art Association Opened Juried Show 2012 (figures “Fiesta”), both watercolors.
